OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) - The San Francisco Giants added infielders Rich Aurilia and Juan Uribe, outfielder Andres Torres and right-hander Brandon Medders to their 25-man roster Saturday.
The Giants optioned catcher Steve Holm to Triple-A Fresno, designated right-hander Luis Perdomo for assignment and reassigned right-hander Justin Miller to their minor league camp following Saturday's 3-2 loss to the Oakland Athletics.Right-hander Sergio Romo and left-hander Noah Lowry will start the season on the disabled list.
The Giants host the Los Angeles Dodgers in their final exhibition game Sunday and host the Milwaukee Brewers in the season opener on Tuesday.
