 Apr. 22, 2009 (Baseball Musings delivered by Newstex ) -- The Padres and Giants play nine scoreless innings before Bengie Molina hits a pinch-hit double in the bottom of the tenth to drive in Andres Torres with the only run of the game. Even better news for Giants fans comes from Barry Zito, who pitched seven stellar innings, allowing six hits and no walks. Free passes have been a real problem for Barry last year and this, so to see him control a game offers some hope. He nearly cuts his ERA in half, dropping it from 10.00 to 5.63.
